The new Hyundai MD Elantra priced from RM87k to RM112k launching this coming April 2012 It is a C-segment sedan to begin with. There will be four variants with 2 engine configurations which are 3 variants with a 1.6 litre engine and the high end model with a 1.8 litre engine. The 3 variants with the 1.6 litre engine is 1.6 MT standard, 1.6 AT standard, and the 1.6 High Spec variant where all three are powered by a Gamma 1.6 litre MPI D-CVVT engine. On the other hand, the 1.8 AT Premium wears a Nu D-VVT 1.8 litre MPI D-VVT. As for the transmissions, both the manual and automatic gearboxes are six-speeders, with the auto equipped with Shiftronic manual control. Comes with alot of gadgets along which includes headlamp auto light control, fog lamps, dual airbags, ABS and steering wheel audio controls and different gadgets on the different variants.
